Aoshima is one of the founding model societies of the Shizuoka Model Textbook Collaboration in Japan. Aoshima mainly produces assembled civilian and military models, and it's two subsidiary brands Funny Knights and Bishop Rondo are responsible for the production of PVC finished products. Aoshima mainly exports Japanese culture to the local Japanese market, and many of it's models are authorized for cooperation with local Japanese brands.
