Safety Precautions

Audience Exhibition Notes

In order to enable micro art model enthusiasts to fully enjoy the joy brought by GMHS on-site, avoid conflicts and disputes as much as possible, and reduce unnecessary negative energy, please read the following precautions carefully.

1. Plan and prepare in advance:

   - Check the time, location, and admission regulations of the exhibition. Before viewing, please register with your real name according to the requirements of the exhibition hall. If you need to purchase VIP tickets, please purchase them on the official platform designated by the organizer.

   - Understand the exhibition content, invited guests, and various event schedules in advance, plan the projects you want to participate in, and make your own itinerary.

   - Wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and prepare some cash (in case of poor internet connection) for shopping and food.

2. Pay attention to personal safety:

   - Take good care of personal belongings, such as wallets, phones, cameras, and other valuable items, and try not to carry too much cash.

   - Orderly queue up for entry, prohibit running into the venue, pay attention to the safety of surrounding crowds, avoid crowding and squeezing, especially in crowded areas and activity venues.

   - Pay attention to maintaining one's physical health, rest appropriately, replenish fluids and food.

Note: This exhibition and its organizers shall not be held responsible for theft,  sudden accidents, injuries, disputes with visitors, or disputes over the sale of works. Please make sufficient preparations to participate in the exhibition.

3. Respect rules and others:

- Please do not litter while waiting or after entering, and do not let your carry on luggage damage  the exhibits.

   - Comply with the rules and regulations of the exhibition, and respect the instructions of the staff and volunteers if there are exhibits that are prohibited from photography or touching.

   - Be careful not to interfere with the experience of others and maintain a polite and friendly attitude when communicating with them.

   - Respect copyright and intellectual property rights, and refrain from purchasing or disseminating pirated products. If any pirated product is found, please report to the organizer immediately.

4. Queuing and participating in activities:

   - If you are interested in participating in forums, lectures, performances, or other activities, learn relevant information in advance and arrive at the event site on time, following the queuing rules.

   - Pay attention to the arrangement and guidance of the event site, and respect the arrangements and instructions of the staff.

5. Exploration and communication:

   - GMHS welcomes friends from various fields to actively participate in social activities, communicate with other exhibitors, and share their preferences and collections.

   - Explore exhibition areas and booths, discover new works, IPs, toys, and peripherals, and call for favorite authors and creative teams.


Exhibitor's Exhibition Precautions

In order to facilitate exhibitors to prepare for various emergencies on site and participate in this exhibition smoothly, all exhibitors should comply with the organizer's schedule, including but not limited to the following precautions. Please refer to the "Exhibition Handbook" for specific details.

1. All exhibitors must comply with the exhibition rules that come into effect from the date of this exhibition, including any amendment issued by the organizer and relevant institutions that come into effect from the date of this exhibition.

2. All exhibitors, their representatives, exhibition groups, and professional visitors are required to present relevant documents obtained from the organizer and enter the venue in an orderly manner according to the prescribed time (arrive at their respective booths at least 30 minutes before the event, be prepared, and take good care of their belongings). If lost, they must be compensated for.

3. Respect copyright and intellectual property rights, and refrain from displaying or selling pirated products, defective products, counterfeits, and any other illegal products that may affect the reputation of this exhibition.

4. The studio/individual booth is set up by individuals and non-profit organizations, and their exhibited works are not for sale, only for exchange and learning, and cannot occupy adjacent booth space.

5. Please arrange the entry of exhibits on your own. To ensure that the exhibits can arrive on time, please arrange for them to arrive in Shanghai in advance.

6. Ensure the smooth flow of various channels, and the installation, wiring, and removal of all electrical equipment shall be completed by the main venue builder of the booth. If the exhibitor's booth has both lighting and power electricity, they need to apply separately.

7. Cartons, packaging materials and containers for storing and transporting exhibits shall not be stored in the exhibition hall. The organizer reserves the right to remove and dispose of items left in the exhibition hall, and any expenses incurred for storage and disposal shall be borne by the exhibitor.

8. All exhibitors are requested to arrange various types of insurance at their own expense, such as travel insurance, product insurance, etc. During the exhibition, if exhibitors encounter accidents such as theft, damage to exhibits, or injury to staff, the organizer shall not be held responsible.

9. If the exhibition is delayed due to force majeure factors, the organizer shall not bear the direct or indirect losses of the exhibitors.

10. For details of various rules and other related matters, please refer to the "Exhibition Handbook". In case of unforeseeable circumstances beyond this "matter" and specified in the exhibition contract, exhibitors must follow the final decision made by the organizer.
